Staying safe after the election "EVERY VOTE COUNTS!" Joe Biden's words before becoming America's 46TH president. Mail in ballots proved to secure the democracy,but most importantly, keep us safe from the dreadful coronavirus. As citizens we must remain encouraged to keep our family members ,and other people at low risk of contracting the coronavirus.By continuously washing our hands, wearing face mask, and limiting our social gatherings, it would help lower overwhelming case reports.

  Ever wonder why you have a hard time forming a thought of your own? Does you mind sometimes go blank,and in response you pick up your phone?We check our phones often during the day. It is like an impulse to log on social media,in order to gain information.Social media is not a reliable resource to gain knowledge. The media has done far worse instead we have become zombies. Many people turn to social media to be informed of political information.Specifically,Facebook is the #1 viewed site for news.The truth is, it would not be wise to view facebook,twitter,or instagram for news nformation.Fake news is real. social media is not trustworthy Information.Popular sites today are sometimes false,and not completely accurate. We could also see very little information,compared to other media platforms.(Nicole Martin,2018) Political news is important to many people.Political news are watched on cable television,radio,or print.Political news can also be watched on instagram,facebook,and twitter.

Darlin stand by me!  "when the night has come and the land is dark,and the moon is the only light we'll see."   As a culture we listen to music because it is soothing.The song "Stand by me" has a beautiful tune to it.The song makes you feel happy,and less alone.There is a melody type of beat that relaxes the audience.Even though this song is over 51 years old,it captivates,and makes you want to dance with someone.This is why music is far more important than we might think. "Stand by me" can promote creativity.The songs meaning was as long as you are with me, I am fine.The song makes you feel safe.The brain releases dopamine when listening to it. Dopamine is good for our brains.When dopamine is released,it can highlight positivity.Which means if you are in a depressed state of mind, it can change you moods by making you happy.   Did you know that after every seven years we become new people? As human beings our health is important. Media today can educates us about our body. The media also have many major platforms to communicate.Health can be communicated to us using video, and written text. Both are great when learning about specific topics such as cells. Written text are informal. In the article "Does the Human Body really replace itself after seven years",gives many facts about our body cells.One fact states that there are 50 to 75 trillion cells in the body.The text gives us references to click on. References allows the reader to learn more.Another fact from the article:all cells die except brain cells,which last until our actual death.The author gets this point across well. Audio was not necessary,nor background music to present each fact. Understanding cells nature and how important they are shows from text. Some cave drawings date back to 704 BC. Drawings were a clear indication of how ancient the sport of Wrestling was,but  there are other great examples that indicate Wrestling dates back form many long years ago. Wrestling was a major part of greek culture long before the first recorded olympic game in 776 BC. The sport was most revered for its spiritual and mental benefits. Wrestling in greece was also known as "pale".Pale was developed in ancient greece as a form of combat for soldiers.This is a good reason reason why wrestling was born.Troughout time their form of wrestling had evolved,turning the Greek wrestling known as pale to Greco-Roman wrestling. There was a famous ancient wrestler named Milo of Croton.He was a 5 time olympic champion from 540 BC

  Thug life Thomas Edison Seeing in the dark can be very exciting! imagine you are at the fair.You see the carnival lights gleaming with colors red,blue.yellow,and purple.It brought so much joy and fun to the atmosphere, so i could understand that many years ago in the 1800s, people wanted to see their surrounding light up in the night.Without Thomas Edison forming a team of scientist to tackle the challenge of perfecting the lightbulb, it probably would have been many years before humans could see in the dark.This is why i believe that Thomas Edison should have continued to receive credit for inventing the light bulb.   Although he was not the first man to have created the idea of the light bulb.   RESPONSE POST Do you feel your blog meets all the rubric criteria? If not, then what areas need work? 1.) I would say my Blogs are a level 4. I need to work on my MLA format. I do not think my Blogs are correct in format.I think my blogs stay on track with course material. they are correct in following the instructions and guidelines as well.  Which aspects of writing assignments on a blog confuse or create stress for you? 2.) I think creating a new Blog does bring on a little anxiety. Sometimes I am not sure how to approach a certain topic.Some topics are sensitive and i fear that what i write might offend someone unintentionally. Are you putting your best efforts into assignments and blog writing? Or,  do you procrastinate and then have trouble completing your work? 3.) I do feel that ia ma putting my best efforts into each blog i post. Although I do procrastinate sometimes and it does take off of the quality of the assignment.
