In today's world we have freedom to vote and nominate kamala Harris as the first African American woman vice president with an open mind and liberated spirit. The tables were much more tuned back in 1904 when an African American man named George Edwin Taylor took a shot at running for president on a third-party-ticket.George Taylor comes from an educated back ground and worked as a professional journalist for colored people before getting into politics.He realised that colored peoples interest were left out in the construction era early 1900s.George wanted to run for president to represent his people along with all people to come together and live with equal rights.His campaign was joked about and left off the ballot in most states.   Students who attend public college and universities have a lower graduation rate than students who attend private college and universities. The students that graduate in four years attending public college graduate at a rate of 33.3% and 57.6% in six years. In four years 52.8% and 65.4% in six years for private schools and universities. Even though the data given is accurate according to the US Department of Education. The data still could be misleading when it comes to actual graduations rates. The reason being because statistics are limited to only full time and first time students. The data does not include transfer students or part time students which is very important in order to get a better and more accurate understanding of why public college and private college graduation rates differ.      I was born in Atlanta Georgia on A Wednesday of September in 1998.  For the most part I grew up in Atla nta but I did live one year in Florida when I was 13 years old. My hobbies include crocheting and d oing  make-up. I have 2 siblings an older sister and a older brother. I am the baby of my family,which I am proud of.I graduated high school in 2017.I have 2 Boston terriers. The oldest is Sebastian and he is 4 years old. I just recently adopted Bailey and he is 5 months. So far Bailey is a handful. He is clumsy and very hyper but he keeps me entertained.As for Sebastian I am unsure if he likes Bailey but I am hoping that he will come around. Together me my mother and my dogs live in winder Georgia. I am very excited to be back in school and look forward to the futu re.
